Sydney's humidity, coastal air, traffic grime and leaf litter all leave their mark on outdoor surfaces. Pressure washing and soft washing remove dirt, mould, moss, algae and stains, and help restore how your property looks.
"Pressure washing" is often used to describe all exterior washing, but good results depend on matching the method to the surface. Hard surfaces like concrete can usually handle high pressure; roofs, painted walls, render and timber usually need low pressure or soft washing instead.

How we approach the job
We assess each surface before we start. High-pressure cleaning with surface cleaners suits concrete driveways and many pavers. Soft washing — low pressure combined with suitable cleaning solutions — suits roofs, painted surfaces, render and other materials that high pressure could damage. Timber needs a gentle approach to avoid raising the grain. We manage run-off and protect plants, windows and fixtures as appropriate.
Things to know before you book
- Not every stain can be removed — oil, rust, tyre marks and some mineral stains may only lighten.
- Older or failing paint and sealers can lift during washing. We will flag any concerns before starting.
- Water access is required on site.

Frequently asked questions
Is pressure washing safe for every surface?
No. High pressure suits hard surfaces such as concrete, but it can damage roofs, render, paint, timber and some pavers. We use soft washing or low pressure on surfaces that need it.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. We need access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor tap. We will confirm the details when we book.
